What it avoids
Limito does not build a searchable history of submitted addresses, does not return full email addresses in reports, and avoids fear-driven scoring. Clean reports are not cached; masked exposed reports may be cached briefly to protect provider quotas.
Why the Recovery Plan exists
Warnings create work. The planner puts email, money, and work ahead of old low-impact logins, saves progress only in the browser, and makes it clear when the important part is done.
