Papa Pals choose local visits in the app and help members with companionship, errands, rides, meal preparation, light household tasks, pets, and basic technology. Applicants complete identity verification, safety training, and a background check, and must provide a valid U.S. driver’s licence plus proof of an insured qualifying vehicle. This is non-medical support—Pals do not administer medication or provide hands-on care—and visit availability varies by market.
