What it is
Hosts create a listing for a home, room, or eligible property, add photos and amenities, set price and availability, manage reservations and guest messages, and receive payouts after stays. Creating a listing is free, and Airbnb says it typically collects a 3% host service fee after payment. Before listing, confirm landlord, condo, zoning, licensing, tax, and short-term-rental rules; AirCover protections also have eligibility limits and exclusions.
