What you actually do
Hosts list unused garages, driveways, sheds, spare rooms, lots, or parking spaces, set prices and access rules, and approve renter requests. Neighbor ranks listings, manages bookings and payments, and issues host payouts monthly. Listing is free, but each paid reservation deducts a 4.9% plus $0.30 processing fee. Renters may store approved property or vehicles; they are expressly prohibited from living or working in the space.
