Peerspace

What it is

Hosts list studios, meeting rooms, event venues, homes, restaurants, backyards, or other distinctive spaces for short-term bookings. They add photos, set pricing and availability, establish rules, choose requests, and message guests; Peerspace collects payment upfront and deposits earnings after the booking. Listing has no upfront or monthly cost, but protection differs by market: the stated damage guarantee is available only for US-based venues and remains subject to terms.
