What you actually do

Preply tutors apply with a photo, profile, short intro video, availability and rate, then teach more than 100 language, school, university, hobby and art subjects. No specific certificate or prior teaching experience is required, but approval and subject demand matter. Students are global, with some tutor-location restrictions. Profiles are free; Preply takes 100% of each new student's trial lesson and 18–33% of later lessons. A computer, camera, microphone and internet are needed.
