What you actually do

DataAnnotation pays contractors to train and evaluate AI models. Work is task-based and remote: you review chatbot answers, compare outputs, check facts, label data and write short rationales explaining what went wrong. Advertised starting rates run about $20-$30+ an hour for generalist and multilingual work, and $50-$100+ for coding, STEM or licensed professional tracks; rates and available projects are not guaranteed. Applicants complete a one-attempt starter assessment, pass identity verification through Persona, and are paid by PayPal after requesting a withdrawal.
